Chamber Mission Statement

The Lenexa Chamber of Commerce deeply believes it exists to give its business members clout in the community, access to key people in government and the community, provide a forum for businesses to affect the business climate, and to play a lead role in insuring strong economic growth and quality of life in Lenexa.

Chamber Vision Statement

The Lenexa Chamber of Commerce is the most highly recognized chamber in the region due to demonstrated excellence in its activities. We have a reputation for providing extraordinary value in leadership, support and services to our members and community. Through the Chamber's aggressive support and promotion of its members, economic growth for Lenexa's business community is unparalleled. This growth for businesses and the community as a result of the partnerships between the local and state governments and the Chamber is a model heralded throughout the county.

The Lenexa Chamber of Commerce is a business organization with over seventy years of service creating and preserving the best possible business climate and quality of life for the Lenexa area by achieving the following:

Advance the interests of its members by supporting and encouraging local, state and federal legislation that will promote the continued growth of the Lenexa business community and provide an equitable taxation system.
Implement programs that will address the current needs of businesses while continuing to plan for the long-term vitality of Lenexa.
Continue building upon key alliances through unique partnerships formed through the City, Chamber members, businesses, organizations and others.
Maintain a positive public image to accomplish continued community and business growth and retention.

Hospitality and Greeting Committee

The Hospitality and Greeting Committee is made up of new members or, new representatives of member companies in the Lenexa Chamber. They deliver new member packets to members that have just joined the Chamber and serve as a valuable arm of the Chamber under the auspices of the Chairman's Ambassador's committee. Participation on this committee provides an excellent way to meet new and existing Chamber members, along with a great chance to become more involved. A one year committment is requested.
