Ambassador Profile Robin Burch - Kansas City Power & Light Robin joined Kansas City Power & Light in 1982. She has held several positions during her career in areas such as Customer Service, Business Center, Service Center and most recently in the Energy Solutions Group working with the company's top 200 customers. She handles the data, communications, printing and warehouse customer segments. Her focus is delivering superior customer serivce when working with customers on billing, service and sales. Robin is an ambassador for the Chamber and resides on the Chamber Golf Classic committee. Robin is a 2003 graduate of the Leadership Lenexa program and is on that program's alumni board. Outside of her Chamber involvement, Robin has volunteered for 5th grade Junior Achievement program for the last 11 years, is involved in the Lenexa barbecue yearly, and helps with the KCSL Community Service Projects.
