Ambassador Profile Judi Derks, Effective Promotions and Incentives Judi Derks started Effective Promotions & Incentives in 1993 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Because of her husband's job they moved to Lenexa in 1996. While maintaining customers in St. Joseph, she has established a thriving business here. The Lenexa Chamber has been a key in that success. Judi joined the Lenexa Chamber in 1997 & immediately became a diplomat (now the Chairman's Ambassadors). She thinks getting involved & being active is very important.
