LEADERSHIP LENEXA
JANUARY THROUGH JUNE

Leadership Lenexa has been involved in developing community leaders for over 20 years. Each year a group of 20 committed individuals is selected to participate in the eight-session program which starts in January and runs through June.

Based on the premise that well-informed citizens make the best leaders, the program is designed to expose community leaders and potential leaders to the many different aspects of the City, County, State and Kansas City Metropolitan Area and educate them about the opportunities and challenges.

Many graduates of Leadership Lenexa refer to it as one of the most rewarding and meaningful experiences of their adult careers and lives. Though the program is designed as a community training and leadership program, alumni regularly attest to the fact that the leadership experience has a significant positive impact on their careers and personal lives as well.
