MEMBER NEWS 2011 TAX DEDUCTION!!! Once again Shawnee Mission Northwest PTSA will be sponsoring After-Prom in April 2012. This is a safe, drug-free, alcohol-free event that all juniors and seniors are invited to attend regardless of whether or not they attend Prom. Last year, nearly 700 students attended and over 200 parents volunteered. Funds and merchandise for After-Prom are solicited from local businesses and individuals. All donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE. If you act now, your donation will be a 2011 tax deduction. Past donations have included: merchandise, gift certificates, event tickets. Monetary donations are welcome and will be used to purchase prizes that students will be eligible to win at the end of the evening. 1.
