PREMIER BANK EXPANDING TO FAIRWAY, KANSAS

SARAH JACKSON RECEIVES PRESIDENT'S COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AWARD

Sarah Jackson of Lenexa, Kansas has received Premier Bank’s President's Community Involvement Award for 2009.  The award honors a Premier Bank employee each year for his or her outstanding contributions to the community. "We created the President's Community Involvement Award because we feel it's important that our employees become involved in this community and the award gives us the opportunity to recognize them for their efforts," said David W. Caffrey, President/CEO of Premier Bank.

The President's Community Involvement Award Recipient receives:
• Recognition at the bank's staff meeting
• A personalized memento
• The opportunity to select a nonprofit agency to receive a donation of $100 from the Bank in the employee's name.

As a member of the Bank's Community Corps, employees commit to a minimum of two non-profit services annually with organizations of their individual choice or what the employees do as a group.  Sarah has been volunteering her time for numerous organizations in the Kansas City area for many years, such as The Johnson County Museum, Special Olympics, The Lenexa BBQ and many more.

When asked whom she would like the donation to go to, Sarah chose Catholic Charities. “I am choosing to donate this money to the Catholic Charities because of their work providing service to people in need. Catholic Charities just set a goal to cut poverty in half in the United States by 2020, and I want to be a part of that movement.” says Sarah.

Premier Bank is involved in numerous events and activities to benefit worthy causes throughout their communities. In addition to philanthropic giving and sponsorships, the banks are dedicated to helping through volunteerism and fundraising.
