Lawrence-based Social: IRL hosts a nationwide series of social media conferences and workshops featuring some of the most respected names in the industry.
On February 9, Lenexa will be the host city for the next Social: IRL workshop, with both national level speakers and a strong group of regional and national businesses heading to the city for a day of in-depth learning and networking.
Lenexa Chamber members are invited to join this special event and are being offered a discounted registration of just $95. It represents a unique opportunity to learn from industry thought leaders, hear valuable content about the impact of social media on your business and your customers, to network with decision makers from regional and national brands, and to attend a national caliber event without any of the typical travel or expenses.
The foundation of the event is a half-day session lead by “Conversation Agent” Valeria Maltoni, who brings a wealth of experience overseeing engagement and executing growth strategies at global Fortune 500 corporations, mid-sized businesses, and small start up companies in five industries and is a nationally acclaimed thought leader and innovator. She’ll lead an in-depth workshop designed to help business take a step back and refocus on the very way they do business in the age of the socially connected and empowered consumer.
Some of the businesses participating in the event include AMC Theatres, Garmin International, Nebraska Furniture Mart, emfluence, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Intouch Solutions, H&R Block, Boulevard Brewing Company, UMB Financial, Sprint, Howerton White, Ameristar Casinos, Bass Pro, Edelman, Kansas City International Airport, Triple-I, Intouch Solutions, and Kantar Health.
