GREEN RECOGNIZED FOR PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT

Leawood, KS  -- Cindy Green, Vice President of Kansas Government Affairs for the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors® (commonly known as KCRAR), has been honored by the National Association of Realtors.  For her exceptional efforts as a Realtor Association Executive, Green recently earned the Realtor Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation.

Green is one of over 300 Realtor association executives who have achieved this mark of excellence.  Local and state association executives who hold the RCE designation represent Realtors in all 50 states and internationally.

Prior to becoming a candidate for the RCE designation, applicants must document their association management and academic experiences.  Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of areas critical to Realtor association management, including association law, governance and issues related to member services. 

Green has been with KCRAR for two years.  A graduate of Ottawa University Kansas City, Green is currently a Lenexa City Councilwoman and has been involved in civic and political activities for over twenty years.
