MEMBER NEWS KIEWIT POWER ANNOUNCES PROMOTION AT LENEXA OFFICE Kiewit Power Engineers Co. recently announced the promotion of Tammy Bangs to District Business Manager. Bangs will be responsible for all financial/accounting activities, in addition to general facility obligations.Bangs joined the company in 2006 when she was hired as Manager of Accounting. She is a registered Certified Public Accountant and has more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience. Bangs has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Washburn University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. One of Bangs' major initial tasks in her new role is to manage the implementation of a new accounting software system. She will work closely with the project controls, workforce planning and estimating departments to enhance linkages among these functions.
