GOLF TOURNAMENT BENEFITS ST. JOSEPH INSTITUTE FOR THE DEAF
The students, parents and staff of St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf - Kansas City (SJI-KC) invite golfers to the 10th Annual Golfing for Talking Golf Tournament, Tuesday, May 20th at the Falcon Ridge Golf Course in Lenexa to benefit and raise awareness about the education of children with hearing loss.
Registration begins at 8:30a.m. and includes a continental breakfast. Shotgun start will begin at 10:00a.m. Golfers will be able to take part in Hole-in-One, Buy-a-Pro-Shot, Closest to the Pin contests, Mulligans and a raffle. Parents will be on hand all day to welcome guests and answer questions while students will be available to pose for photos with participating teams.
Golfers will be treated to lunch donated and served by Carrabba's and hear from SJI-KC parents who will share their stories. The tournament also includes an auction featuring an Orlando vacation package, golf equipment, and a private party at the Boulevard Brewery, among other great items.
Registration fee is $750 per team or $165 per golfer and includes green fees, cart, driving range prior to play, lunch, beverages and snacks. The first 100 golfers to register will receive a free gift.
