Primary liaison between Mainstreet and the community. Oversees and directs the daily operation of a credit union branch with the purpose of providing quality service to members. Regularly and customarily directs the work of the staff to effectively identify the financial needs of our members, promotes a cross selling culture and ensures that branch staff meets or exceeds established goals. The Branch Manager also provides on-site leadership, motivation and direction for the branch staff; expands the member base and branch profitability; integrates products/services with members’ needs;  actively participates in the community to market and promote the Credit Union’s services.

Duties: The overall responsibility is to estimate design-bid, conceptual, negotiated, and plan/spec projects, manage projects from start to finish.

Qualifications Needed:

CM or Construction Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience; organized; multi-tasker; proven past experience; good communicator; established data base; systematic thinker; strong work ethic; excellent writing skills; and proficient technical/computer estimating software skills.

Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and gives directions.
Keeps records of room availability and guests’ accounts
Ensures all paperwork is completed from the Front Desk and F&B computer systems.
Runs reports for the previous day’s business.
Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations
Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure company funds are secure.
