The Lenexa Golf Classic is a fantastically fun and whimsical tournament featuring a variety of course contests, great prizes, and multiple sponsorship & volunteer opportunities! Last year’s tournament fielded 144 players from 61 different companies and featured 44 course contest, raffle & door prize sponsors. 

Sponsorships

Hole-In-One Sponsors: $600 (Sponsorship Filled)
Provide a chance for players to win $5000!

• Logo recognition on a custom Hole-In-One Sign.
• Opportunity to set up your own corporate display at the tee box – you may bring and offer snacks and/or drinks to players (adult beverages are acceptable).
• 6’ table & 2 chairs provided
• 10 x 10 tent available upon request – no charge (you may bring your own if you prefer)
• Opportunity to provide volunteer Hole in One Watchers with your company’s branded logo items: hats, t-shirts, flags, banners, etc.
• $100 golf foursome discount.
• Participation in Theme Contest…décor, costumes, games, etc. based on tournament theme.

Tee Box Sponsors: $500 (Must sign up by September 17th to receive signage at tee box)
Show the players what you have to offer at your very own tee box!

• Company name on course contest signage.
• Opportunity to set up your own corporate display at the tee box – you may bring and offer snacks and/or drinks to players (adult beverages are acceptable).
• 6’ table & 2 chairs provided
• 10 x 10 tent available upon request – $50 rental fee (you may bring your own at no charge)
• $100 golf foursome discount.
• Participation in Theme Contest…décor, costumes, games, etc. based on tournament theme.

13-18 available (dependent on hole-in-one sponsorships)

Snack Sponsors: $150 or In-kind (pre-packaged snacks for 150 people)
Save stomachs from growling!

• Logo recognition on cart signage & snack packaging (two carts will circulate the course throughout the tournament offering all players and volunteers complimentary snacks).

Player Door Prize Sponsors:  $100
A low-cost effective way to support the Golf Classic. 

• Logo recognition (sticker) on prizes purchased with your contribution.

Player & Volunteer “Build Your Own Swag Bag” Contributors: In-kind

• Opportunity for ALL Chamber members to contribute items to the Swag Bag Bar.  Ideas include small sunscreen bottles, koozies, tees, golf balls, post-it notes, pens, chip clips, etc.  Quantity = 150.

All Sponsorships Include

• Recognition in weekly e-newsletters to all members.
• Recognition on the Chamber’s website (Golf Classic Section).
• Inclusion in the Golf Classic printed program.

Theme Contest

• The theme contest winner will receive up to $500 OFF their sponsorship in 2019.
• Judges (Golf Committee members & Chamber Staff) will be looking for creativity, décor, costumes, interaction with players, games, give-aways, etc.

Player Registration

Join your fellow chamber members, clients and friends for one of Lenexa’s favorite golf tournaments!  Space is limited to the first 144 players.

• Foursomes – $780
• Individuals – $200
• Sponsor Discount – $25 per player (up to 4) for sponsorships $500+

Fees include: brunch, dinner, door prize & grand prize entries, putting contest qualifying entry, ALL course contests, plus a variety of snacks & drinks (adult beverages) along the course. Early Bird & Sponsor Discounts MAY be combined.

All players, sponsors & volunteers are strongly encouraged to sport “Mad Hats” at the tournament!

The Golf Classic is open only to Lenexa Chamber Members and their guests.   

Volunteer Opportunities

Not a golfer?  Spend a day out on the course as a volunteer!  AM and PM shifts are available and your brunch, dinner, all drinks and snacks are complimentary!  If you have volunteer questions, contact Julie Steiner, jsteiner@lenexa.org.
